9:07am – Just off the phone with M.A. Woke late after a rough night due to indigestion (also, trouble with S.E., long lethargic day feeling crappy, perhaps due to lack of sleep, but also a slight sore throat/cough, other waves in the force); coffee and read the “Evolutions of Ra” morning adoration (having missed all of yesterdays; got in a morning LBRP and meditation with S.E. present, but beyond that didn’t do shit, including making a journal entry). Meeting at 10am, so will perform a shorter session.
9:28am – LBRP, just a few moments of establishing the central channel with praying the divine names down through the middle pillar and affirming the alignment of the lower will with the higher.
1:34pm – Worked, brief text with S.E., early lunch of baguette, butter and brie, MSNBC and Scrabble, and then roused to read more on homeschooling. Feel better about having a handle on that. Now back to work until 3pm consult with S.G.
9:04pm – After the consult, I relaxed, napped, reheated and ate Panda Expree, and consumed more MSNBC and Scrabble until 7pm. At last I roused and addressed the yoga school homework, writing this essay on aparigraha.
11:06pm – Watched the performance of the Gnostic Mass on Vimeo. Inspired. Short evening session: LBRP, M(15 min), PT. To bed.
